What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Paypal, Google Checkout, Money Order, Cashier's Check, and Personal Check (there is a 10 day waiting period on items paid for with Personal Check.)

Is the picture provided a picture of the actual item?
Yes it is. Every item listed will have a picture of the exact item you will receive. I take the picture, crop them and them resize them so they list easily.

What method do you use for shipping items?
I ship all my items using USPS. Most paperbacks ship First Class Mail, combined purchases will ship Media Mail or Priority Mail. It depends on the item, weight and destination as to which I will use and will give the cost in the description.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes I do. I combine items in different ways. Most of the books purchased will be combined using Media Mail: $.50 for each paperback and $1.50 for each hardback. If there are large amounts of books purchased, I will work with you to get you the best shipping price. In other words, sometimes $.50 for each paperback will be too much for the shipping. If this is the case and there are large number of books purchased, I will get the rate of the Media Mail (weight) and add a small handling fee (for supplies, delivery confirmation, etc.) and this will be the combined rate. The more you buy the more you save. Media Mail - $3.00 for the first book, $.50 for each paperback (or read above paragraph for greater savings on shipping) I also can combine books using Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes (2-3 books, depending on the size) and Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes (15-20 books depending on the size). Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I use USPS First Class International and USPS Priority Mail International for overseas shipping. Mostly this will depend on the weight and destination. Although, I do use Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes and Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes if this will help save you money. Please contact me for a quote to your country or if you have questions as to which would be the best way to ship your items.

Do you use Delivery Confirmation?
Yes I do. I use Delivery Confirmation for all items shipped in the U.S. I will contact you when I ship the item and give you the Delivery Confirmation number so you can track your package.

Do you offer Shipping Insurance?
Yes. Shipping Insurance is optional on all the packages and starts at $1.70 for up to $50 worth of items. This will be added on to the total cost of shipping if you are interested in purchasing it. At the present I do not have shipping insurance for international items.

Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
Unfortunately the quickest form of shipping would be Priority Mail (which is about 3-4 days). I live in the country and once I leave the shipment at the post office here, they have to truck it to the big city, then it will be sent on its way. I cannot offer Overnight Shipping or 1 day delivery guarantee. I have had a 2-day guarantee before, but I think I got my money back on that one because it took 3 days :)

Will you give me a deal on shipping if I purchase a large amount of books?
You bet! If you are planning to purchase a large amount of books, $.50 for each additional book will be too much to charge for shipping. When you are done shopping (let me know you are still shopping so I don't send you an invoice till you are done) let me know and we will combine all the purchases and find the cheapest way to mail your items. Then I will send the invoice. I will still package them carefully and send a Delivery Confirmation when they ship.

When can I expect my package to arrive?
I ship most books using Media Mail, which is quite slow. Media Mail can take from 7-21 business days (1-3 weeks) to arrive. You can usually track your package with the Delivery Confirmation, that is if the USPS scans the package at each stop. If the Media Mail bag is not opened then it will not be scanned again till it reaches you. First Class Mail is faster and a good bet for items under 1 lb. Priority Mail is offered if you are looking for a quick way to receive your items. Priority Mail will take about 3-4 days depending on the USPS.

Will you contact me when you ship my package?
Yes. I will send you an email with the Delivery Confirmation and date of shipment. I usually ship the next business day after purchase. I will send an email at that time.
